Job Description
• Create engaging content across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) aligned with the brand voice.
• Work closely with marketing and design teams to develop content strategies and visual assets.
• Script, shoot, and edit short-form video content optimized for social platforms.
• Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into relevant content ideas.
• Plan and schedule posts to ensure consistent online presence.
• Collaborate with influencers and brand partners when needed.
• Analyze content performance and optimize future posts based on insights.
• Stay updated with the latest tools and techniques in content creation.
Job Requirements
• Creativity and a strong sense of storytelling
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or mobile apps)
• Familiarity with trends on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to shoot and edit using a smartphone (iPhone or Android)
• Strong initiative and willingness to learn
• 0–2 years of experience in content creation (professional or personal)
• Passion for digital media and youth-targeted content
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
